Privacy is an important right of users. For all users of the mOrr care APP, we are committed to protecting your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy sets forth the information collection, use, and protection practices of Guangzhou Tyrafos Semiconductor Technologies with respect to user-related information in its relevant products and services (hereinafter referred to as the “mOrr care APP”). This Privacy Policy constitutes the notice and commitment of the mOrr care APP regarding the protection of users’ personal privacy. Please read it carefully.

 

  1. Non-Personal Information

We may collect non-personally identifiable information through your IP address, such as your browser type, operating system, the domain name of the ISP providing you with access services, the sequence and links through which you access this website, your geographic location at the time of access, and other information. By collecting the foregoing information, we may optimize the pages displayed on your computer screen, conduct traffic statistics and analyze visitors’ browsing habits, thereby improving the management and services of the mOrr care APP. Such information that is not related to personal identity may help us identify the regions and content of the mOrr care APP that are most popular, and help us determine the effectiveness of promotional activities. We may also disclose such information to our advertisers so that they can understand the effectiveness of clicks on their advertisements.

 

  1. Personal Information
  2. When you register as a user on the mOrr care APP, participate in online comments, or engage in other activities, the mOrr care APP may, with your consent and confirmation, request certain personal information through registration forms or other means. Such personal information includes identification information, such as telephone number, height, weight, gender, age, date of birth, email address, and other information.
  3. Please understand that, without your consent and confirmation, the mOrr care APP will not use the information you provide for other purposes, except where disclosure is required by government authorities or applicable law as provided in Chapter VIII below. The goal of the mOrr care APP is to provide all users with a pleasant and beneficial online experience and to make it easier and more satisfying for each user to use the relevant services of the mOrr care APP. The collection of this personal information helps us achieve this goal. All registered members and visitors should understand that when they disclose personal information on bulletin boards, chat rooms, or other public online forums, such information may be collected and used by others, including for sending unsolicited advertising emails or other promotional messages to the user.
  4. Muslim Prayer Direction Guidance and Prayer Time Reminders

To provide Muslim prayer direction guidance and prayer time reminders, when you use the location function and grant location permission, the mOrr care APP will obtain your location coordinates (latitude and longitude) once through the phone’s location services (such as GPS). The coordinates are stored only locally on your phone and are used to calculate the prayer direction and prayer times. When you subsequently use the relevant functions, the APP will use the saved coordinates. It will not continuously obtain your location or perform location tracking periodically in the background. The APP will obtain your coordinates again only when you manually update your location, and the new coordinates will overwrite the previous coordinates. No historical location records will be retained. You may disable location permission at any time through your phone’s system settings. After location permission is disabled, the APP will no longer obtain new coordinates, but the saved coordinates will not be automatically deleted and will continue to be used to provide the relevant functions. The APP currently does not provide a separate function for clearing locally stored coordinates. You may also choose not to grant location permission and instead manually select a city to use the prayer direction guidance and prayer time reminder functions.

  1. Third-Party Account Login

You may choose to log in to the mOrr care APP using a Google or Apple account. When you select the corresponding login method and complete authorization, the APP will obtain the unique account identifier, email address, name/nickname, and profile picture provided by Google, or the unique account identifier, email address, and name provided by Apple, for account creation, identification, and login verification. When you use Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, the APP will receive a private relay email address. The APP will not obtain your Google or Apple account password. The processing of the above information is subject to this Privacy Policy.

 

III. User Rights

  1. Users of the mOrr care APP have the following rights with respect to their personal information:

(1) The right to inquire about and request access to their personal information at any time;

(2) The right to request supplementation or correction at any time;

(3) The right to request deletion at any time;

(4) The right to request that the processing and use of their personal information by computer systems be stopped.

  1. The mOrr care APP provides users with various supporting services, such as academic exchanges and other activities. We generally require participants to complete relevant registration forms so that such activities can be carried out more effectively. Such information will also become part of our user data and will be subsequently recorded, stored, protected, and reasonably used. Whether to provide the requested information and whether to participate in such activities is entirely up to the user.

  1. User Information Security Protection
  2. The mOrr care APP will strictly protect the security of your personal information and adopt rigorous management and protection measures for the information you provide. We will use appropriate security technologies and procedures to prevent your personal information from being lost, misused, or altered, and to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
  3. When necessary, the mOrr care APP may entrust professional technical personnel to process such information by computer systems in order to meet the needs of professional division of labor. If the mOrr care APP sends you a notice regarding such computer processing and you do not expressly object within the period specified in the notice, the mOrr care APP will reasonably presume that you have consented. You may still exercise your right under Article 1(4) of Chapter III above to request that such computer processing be stopped.

 

  1. User Self-Protection of Privacy

Users are solely responsible for the authorization and confidentiality of their account passwords and related registration information. Therefore, when you are online, please take care to protect the security of your account.

 

  1. Protection of Minors’ Privacy
  2. The mOrr care APP will establish appropriate procedures to protect the security of minors’ personal information. The mOrr care APP solemnly declares that any minor aged seventeen or under who participates in online activities must obtain the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian (collectively, the “Guardian”) in advance.
  3. Without the Guardian’s consent, minors who access the Internet without authorization or impersonate adults may not receive information security protection measures appropriate for minors.
  4. Guardians shall bear the primary responsibility for protecting the online privacy of minors.
  5. The mOrr care APP collects adults’ personal information solely for the purpose of better serving specific requirements relating to minors. Such information will only be used to protect the safety of minors participating in online activities and will not be retained for further use or other commercial purposes.
  6. Without the Guardian’s consent, the mOrr care APP will not use minors’ personal information, nor disclose or transmit personal information that can identify a minor to any third party, except where disclosure is required by government authorities or applicable law as provided in Chapter VI above.
  7. If the Guardian consents to the collection and processing of a minor’s personal information, the mOrr care APP will provide the Guardian with:

(1) An opportunity to review information relating to their child or ward;

(2) The option to refuse further collection or use of their child’s or ward’s personal information;

(3) The ability to modify, conceal, or delete their child’s or ward’s personal information.

  1. Guardians have the right to refuse further contact between the mOrr care APP and their child or ward.

 

VII. Principles for the Use of User Information

The mOrr care APP may make reasonable use of users’ personal information beyond the necessary scope only under the following circumstances:

  1. Your written consent has been obtained;
  2. It is necessary to eliminate an emergency danger to your life, physical safety, or property;
  3. It is necessary to prevent significant harm to the rights and interests of others;
  4. It is necessary to promote the public interest and does not harm your significant interests.

 

VIII. Principles for Disclosure of User Information

  1. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, when a relevant government authority requests the disclosure of personal information from the mOrr care APP through lawful procedures, the mOrr care APP will provide the relevant information as required by the law enforcement authority or for public safety purposes. In such circumstances, the mOrr care APP assumes no responsibility for any disclosure of user information.
  2. Other circumstances in which the mOrr care APP, in good faith or for reasonable reasons, deems it necessary to disclose relevant user information:

(1) Where disclosure of relevant information is necessary under the terms set forth in the mOrr care APP Service Agreement or other relevant statements of the mOrr care APP;

(2) In an emergency, to protect the personal safety, credit records, or property security of the company to which the mOrr care APP belongs and its users;

(3) Where disclosure of certain user information is necessary to uphold the principles of fairness and impartiality.

 

 

  1. Disclaimer

In addition to the circumstances described in Chapter VIII above, the mOrr care APP shall not be liable in the following circumstances:

  1. Any disclosure of personal information caused by you disclosing your user password to others or sharing a registered account with others, or any other leakage of personal information not caused by the mOrr care APP;
  2. Any disclosure, loss, theft, or alteration of personal information caused by circumstances beyond the control of the mOrr care APP, including temporary suspension of normal network operations due to hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion or outbreaks, or government control;
  3. Any disputes arising from the use of your personal information by any third party under the circumstances specified in the various service statements and service agreements of the mOrr care APP;
  4. All disclaimer circumstances specified in the various service statements and service agreements of the mOrr care APP;
  5. Consequences caused by force majeure.

 

  1. Applicable Laws

For matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, please refer to the relevant laws and regulations of the country in which the mOrr care APP is downloaded and used. If this Privacy Policy conflicts with the laws and regulations of the relevant country, the applicable local laws and regulations shall prevail.

 

  1. All copyrights, rights to modify and update, and final rights of interpretation of the relevant statements of the mOrr care APP belong to the mOrr care APP.

 

XII. Cancellation of Services or Account

If you wish to delete services or an account on an mOrr care product, please use the mOrr care APP to delete your data (Mine > About > User Notice > User Destroy).
